Once I place my order, how soon will you ship it?
Orders placed by 4PM Pacific Time will ship out in the next three business days. For example, an order received at 3PM on Monday is shipped out by Wednesday. Orders received after 4PM on Thursday are shipped out the following Tuesday. Orders received after 4PM Pacific Time on Friday are shipped on Wednesday.
This is a gift – how well are your products packaged?
Macro Controller orders are packaged inside this purple and red glossy gift box. The controller and battery pack are placed into a single self-sealing bubble wrap bag. The programming cable and bubble wrap bag lay inside the box. The gift box is then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a second corrugated cardboard mailer before shipment.
Standard rapidfire products come well packaged in bubble-wrap and a heavy stock cardboard box prior to shipment.
Do the controllers come with a warranty?
All controllers carry a 90-day warranty. Our 90-day warranty covers defects in our modchip, modchip installation, as well as manufacturer defects in the controller itself. Our warranty is void if the warranty sticker inside the battery pack cover is tampered with in any way, such as to add other after market modifications. Our warranty is void in the event of abuse or misuse (soda spills, foreign material inside the controller, banging the controller on hard surfaces, etc).

What’s better, rapidfire or macro?
Macro is better! The Viking macro controller does EVERYTHING that our Legacy RapidFire controllers did, and much, much more. Are you looking for Rapid Fire, Akimbo Mode, Fast Reload, Sniper Mode, QuickScope, Auto Burst, burst firing, or any other glitches for first-person-shooters such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty Black Ops? The Viking will perform ALL of the rapidfire features of ANY Rapid Fire controller, plus much more.
Can I still play-and-charge using the play-and-charge cable and a rechargeable battery pack?
For The Viking Macro controller only, yes. The Viking maintains 100% of the stock function of the play-and-charge equipment. A special switch has been installed on the play-and-charge port. When you’re ready to connect The Viking to your PC, just power up the controller into the special programming mode, and the play-and-charge port becomes your programming port. Otherwise, just connect The Viking to your console to charge as normal. The LED charge indicator will function just like a normal XBOX 360 controller.
On the Tyr’s Hand rapidfire controller, the play-and-charge cable can only be used to re-program the Tyr’s Hand using your PC.
What are the computer system requirements? Will the software work on Mac?
All of our software requires a computer with a USB port running Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP-SP3, and .NET framework 4.0. Macintosh and Linux are not supported at this time. Macro controller customers receive the programming cable and a software CD-ROM. The macro software desktop resolution minimum requirement is 1024 x 600.
The Tyr’s Hand rapidfire software requires 800×600 desktop resolution, and the software is available for download off our website.
Can I upgrade my Tyr’s hand, Thor’s Hammer or Odin’s Raven controller into The Viking Macro Controller?
No. The two hardware platforms are not compatible. Viking360 does not offer a custom send-in modification service or an upgrade service. We only sell new modified controllers.
What games are supported by The Viking Macro Controller?
Any games! The Viking can be used to record and playback any combinations or special moves for any game.
Can I send in my controller and have The Viking installed to save money?
No. Contrary to popular belief, send-in service is not more economical. Used controllers must be tested and cleaned, and any worn, used or broken parts must be replaced, and our staff must remove any other modifications that have already been installed. All of these extras lead to an increase in costs, not a decrease. In addition, Viking360 cannot provide a warranty on used equipment. For these reasons, we only sell brand new modded controllers. This ensures the best balance between quality, warranty and economy for all of our customers.
I’m still not sure about the Macro controller, what about jitter mode, rapid-fire or other glitches?
YES! Viking Macro controller does it all. Jitter, rapidfire, glitches are just different kinds of macros. The macro ability of The Viking allows you to record virtually any series of button combinations. This means jitter mode and rapid-fire are easy to setup. In fact, you can download pre-configured macros for a lot of these basics moves right out of our free Macro Library.
