If you purchased from an affiliate shop (not directly from Viking360.com), you must contact that shop directly for tech support. However, our forums are open to all Viking owners.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. We provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Please include the following information in any new ticket: the last name or e-mail address used to purchase (for warranty verification), the model of Viking controller you own, and a link to the game driver you are currently having difficulties with (when applicable).

For best service, please be sure to use good punctuation and proper spelling when submitting your ticket.
