If your Viking RapidFire controller quits working in the first 3 months, send it back to us for free repair. If you suspect your Viking RapidFire mod chip has malfunctioned, mail it back to us for a diagnosis – we will mail you a new chip. Please keep your PayPal transaction numbers handy as a reference. Your 90-day warranty begins on your purchase date.

Viking360 is owned and operated by me, Einar Offerdahl III of Kennewick, WA.  I have performed a variety of mod services since I was 15 years old.  I loved electronics so much that I got my BSEE in 2003 (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering).  Through ebay, websites and word-of-mouth referrals, I’ve had the pleasure of working on many mod projects with thousands of customers over the past 14 years.

I have always let my honest customer service and superior products be my advertising.  I run my business more like an engineering firm, not like a marketing firm.  When you order from Viking360, you are purchasing a better product, backed by the best customer service, for less money.  Our business philosophy is providing superior products to satisfied customers – NOT launching misleading marketing campaigns targeted at fooling customers into purchasing overpriced ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ products.
